Assess market trends and research gaps in the market to enable business development. Work closely with the logistics and operations departments to ensure efficiency in the trade from start to finish.

The applicant must have experience in trading physical petrochemical products regionally and globally.

• Trade in physical petrochemical products activities. Experience in managing inventories and business operations is a must.
• Manage a profitable trading book/log by developing sound trading strategies and maintaining a clear topical management focus.
• Actively searches for business opportunities while taking care of business development. Effective management of system exports and product optimization to extract the highest value for system barrels.

• Maintaining network and relationship with internal and external parties, and effective communication skills. Managing the internal purchasing system and the logistics system;
• Maintain inventory records in the warehouse, including records of waste and surplus.
• Searching for new suppliers and applying them according to the company’s requirements. Monitor statuses of commands and cycle;
• Understand current and future market trends, supply and demand situations, product characteristics, pricing patterns and development of the global petrochemical industry.
Conducting quantitative, qualitative and technical analysis for the marketing of crude oil, refined products and petrochemical products. Prepare market reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis for internal use.
Provide internally recognized technical and analytical skills that serve as a technical reference for all levels with the company. Support derivatives trader and physical traders on different research topics.
• Lead the regional business activities and enhance the company’s business in the existing markets as well as entering potential markets throughout the MEA region.

• Initiating and leading commercial and marketing activities from third party supply sources to maximize profit.

The main clients of TARGET of the company: leading government structures, research institutes, high-tech centers and military structures.

salary:

12,500 to 1,300 dirhams per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Minimum 3-5 years experience in petrochemical products trading with proven records in trading and commercial operations. Strong with numerical data, trend analysis, graphs, and identification of inconsistencies.

Precise and organized with a high level of attention to accuracy and detail
Positive and shows good manners and punctuality.

This role requires fluency in English, Russian and Arabic an added advantage. Both spoken and written in order to communicate with English and Russian speaking partners.

Strong negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills are required.

Strong knowledge of local and international petroleum and petrochemical markets including refinery production and commercial operations/shipping documents. Basic knowledge of supply chain, logistics and trade finance.
