You deploy the “Perfect POS” initiative so Mondelez International can increase top line and base margin sales while providing incredible in-store visibility with consistently best-in-class display solutions.
How will you contribute?
you will
Define and develop in-store standards for primary shelf and secondary placement in line with category and brand strategy, adapting them to each customer-by-customer retail environment and all supporting rationales and customer stories
– Leads end to end delivery of offers.
– use of Mondelez International’s design simplification principles and curated displays; Maintain project documentation and prepare reports to report on the clear status of projects
– Tracking KPIs for a perfect store and identifying distribution opportunities – Analysis, action plan and implementation of activities
– Support through fast track: analysis, calculation, readiness for review, signature, monitoring of priorities and results along with category planning and activation
Manage all activities in line with agreed budgets

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any business related subject
– 1 to 3 years experience
Experience working with various recruitment and audit agencies
Experience in commercial marketing roles
Experience in developing business reports and KPI dashboards to get a complete picture of channel, customer, and consumer performance
– Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
Understand the retail environment, promotional tactics, implementation and fulfillment processes
Prefer customer experience, accounts, and operation
