Support and partner with senior staff in defining and implementing global and local policies and change initiatives and understanding the effects of planned changes
Partnering with functional leaders and middle managers to collaborate in creating and presenting functional priorities and plan, and providing strategic direction
Leverage data analytics to drive business solutions and decisions, support the delivery of operational processes, leverage insights and data and translate them into actionable plans to influence the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update Personnel Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in the market
Lead and advise on talent management practices within the assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning, talent mobility, and approval of employment applications
Building comprehensive capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence
Manage labor council relationships and provide direction to human resources to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements
Consultation on overhead management
