Job description and summary
We are looking to hire an HR Assistant with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. An HR coordinator is expected to have great organizational and time management skills. You will need to have excellent management and technical skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

HR Associate

Responsibilities:

Assisting with all internal and external inquiries or requests related to human resources.
Maintain print and digital copies of employee records.
– Perform induction and update records of new employees.
Assist in the issuance of employment contracts and maintain employee files up to date.
– Coordination with the center for human resources services provided.
– Taking care of business and employee needs.
Make timely reconciliations and provide accurate reports.
– Follow up the application of vacation policy for all offices.
– Schedule meetings, interviews and HR events and maintain agendas.
Issuing all related work certificates.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Assist with payroll and assigned HR projects.
– Support other assigned functions.
Keeping abreast of the latest HR trends and best practices.
Assist in all insurance related operations, and maintain insurance records.
Follow up on medical claims.
Assist with HR programs and indicators as required.

requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related (essential).
2-3 years of experience as an HR Specialist, Coordinator or/and HR Administrative Assistant/ HR Executive Assistant in well known (essential) companies.
Great public relations skills.
Exposure to labor law and employment equality regulations.
Effective human resource management and people management skills.
Exposure to payroll practices.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
