Situation Summary

You will perform specific professional activities within the payroll team, in an accurate manner ensuring accurate and timely payment of all employee salaries and ensuring accurate and timely transfers of out-of-cycle payments.

a day in the life of…
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of all employee salaries
• Ensures accurate and timely transfers of out-of-cycle payments
• Prepare bank transfer/payroll upload and other manual payments in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure the posting of accounting for all payments processed
• Ensures that Daily Audit audits are performed on important types of information
• Staff reconciliation and standard reports
• Prepare manual bookings, as required, and assist accounting processes in reconciling on a regular basis, ledger balances to withhold taxes, loans and other accounts affecting payroll.
• Finance and Reconciliation GL
• Participate in specific HR projects that have an impact on payroll operations and can improve current practices
• Coordinate with the various operating units on the submission of periodic reports and timely transfers/payments to external parties and various other government agents.

• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
