Job purpose:
The main purpose of Painter II’s job is to paint the surfaces of various products using an electrostatic powder coating plant, brushes or other spray equipment.
Responsibilities:
– Changing or renewing the powder coating according to the required paint color.
Operate manual spray guns to spray paint or paint parts or fixed parts on a moving conveyor system.
– Prepare and clean the surfaces of the product with pre-paint.
– Repaint or finalize products.
Clean work area and surroundings.
– Follow all safety instructions.
Follows all established procedures and work instructions.
Performs another task that may be assigned (only if trained for the task).
– Performs various tasks assigned to him by his direct manager
qualifications
Knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications
Graduate of a trade or vocational school
One year experience in powder coatings and liquid coatings.
Desire to learn and implement new techniques.
To be diligent and adaptable to the job requirements.
