• Define and negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients and insurance companies
• Assessing client’s insurance needs, and amending/reviewing and expanding existing policies through endorsements.
• Obtaining various insurance options available from the market to comply with the requirements of the client/managers.
• Assess and evaluate client needs and risk profile by analyzing the information collected to come up with the best insurance options.
• Gather all necessary information and data from the client to evaluate insurance applications and discuss recommendations with the line manager or directly to the client (as authorized by the line manager)
• Review insurance applications for compliance and compliance
• Process of quotations, comparisons, renewals, policies, schedules and ratifications
• Gather relevant documentation process and update existing customer policy records
• Assistance with claims and insurance related inquiries
• Provide support and service to colleagues and management in preparing documents for record retention, presenting the policy, and answering questions regarding exclusions or explanations of coverage, limitations and any other concerns to facilitate policy delivery
• Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients and insurance companies.
• Review options from multiple service providers to best cover customers’ interests
• Respond to a variety of customer requests, questions and complaints in a polite, efficient and timely manner.
• Recording and reporting of all requests, complaints and concerns highlighted by customers for the review and procedures of the line manager
• Maintain an updated database and ensure the availability of data from a comprehensive platform to provide the necessary visibility and insights for management

Education/Qualification
• Minimum of Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage

work experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Knowledge
• Analysis and recommendations towards providing insurance on the most economical terms and conditions
• Knowledge of electronic records, email and databases
• The ability to offer a comprehensive range of products and services that can satisfy any reasonable need requested by the customer
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook & Et, etc.), data management and office procedures.
