Online complaint filing system in SJC announced

Manama, Jan. 16 (BNA): The Secretary-General of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Ali Ahmed Al-Kaabi, agreed to activate the online system to receive complaints about the progress of court procedures in pending cases.

This came as part of implementing initiatives to enhance access to justice.

The Secretary-General said that this service aims to facilitate the submission and follow-up of complaints related to the conduct of judicial work, and to address any delays or overcome any obstacles.

He indicated that all complaints received will be transferred directly to the Judicial Inspection Department of the Supreme Judicial Council to study them, take the necessary measures and respond to the applicants.

Al-Kaabi stressed that the launch of this service works to develop communication mechanisms with litigants in a way that contributes to ensuring the smooth functioning of courts and judicial work paths.

He explained that all complaints and observations will be studied to benefit from them in determining development priorities, performance efficiency and quality of work.
