Charterhouse is working with a market-leading multinational organization in the transportation industry, who are currently looking to recruit an Onboarding Team Leader. The Onboarding Team Leader will oversee a team of qualified professionals to provide an efficient and seamless onboarding service to all internal/external onboarders.
In this position, you will work within the Human Resources department responsible for overseeing the full onboarding process for newcomers. Ensure that you engage with applicants during their pre-joining process to ensure a smooth transition into their role and timely completion of the onboarding process.
The successful applicant will design and implement their own qualification procedures. By gathering the necessary paperwork, you will handle visa applicants, medical and insurance services, and work in a fast-paced environment. This will include keeping track of multiple applications and being able to stay organized and calm even when working under pressure.
The successful candidate must have at least 6 years of experience within an HR background, including a minimum of 2 years onboard experience. In this role, you will need a great attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are key to this role.
Due to the nature of the role, it is preferred that the candidate be fluent in Arabic and English, but this is not necessary.
