On behalf of HM King, Ambassador to UK attends RMA Sandhurst’s 200th Sovereign’s Parade

London, April 14 (BNA): The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Kingdom, Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, attended, on behalf of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the 200th Majestic Parade held by the Royal Military Academy (RMA) Sandhurst. Sandhurst) since its modern inception in 1947.

Under the patronage of His Majesty King Charles III, the ceremony was attended by His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein, King of Jordan, Their Highnesses, Excellencies, and Arab dignitaries, in addition to senior officials of the British government.

The ceremony witnessed the graduation of RMA Sandhurst’s officer cadets, including participants from the Bahrain Defense Force (BDF).

During the ceremony, His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan presented the Academy’s “Medal of Hussein” to the cadet officer Sheikh Al-Waleed bin Khalid Al Khalifa, which is always awarded to students who show the greatest improvement in the military and academic fields.
