Manama, Jan. 15 (BNA): Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Dinah received US Ambassador to Bahrain Stephen C. Bondy and Assistant Secretary of Energy (DOE) Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management (FECM) Brad Crabtree.
The minister praised the historical relations between the two countries, and highlighted efforts to strengthen relations with various US oil companies with the aim of attracting more investments to take advantage of the promising opportunities in Bahrain.
The two sides reviewed oil and environmental programs and projects that achieve common goals.
The Assistant Secretary reviewed issues of common interest that contribute to strengthening the partnership between the two countries, wishing Bahrain success in achieving its future aspirations within the framework of its comprehensive development plan.
