Manama, August 8 (BNA) The Minister of Oil and Environment received the Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, Dr. Muhammad bin Mubarak bin Dina, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Society of Owners of Private Healthcare Institutions (SOPHI) Dr. Mir and the members discussed with them issues of common interest.
The minister praised the role played by health care institutions in supporting the health sector in the Kingdom, stressing the keenness of the Ministry of Oil and Environment to enhance its cooperation with civil society institutions in order to improve their services to citizens and residents.
Dr. Bin Dina was briefed on Sufi’s health programs and activities, in addition to his vision, goals and achievements.
He was also briefed on the goals that the institute seeks to achieve through its cooperation with government agencies in private medical projects.
Dr. Al-Meir thanked the Minister of Oil for the meeting, expressing his appreciation for his efforts in achieving sustainable development goals in the Kingdom.
He stressed the Fund’s keenness to enhance its cooperation with the relevant authorities to achieve national visions related to the environment and sustainable development.
