Manama, June 21 (BNA) The Minister of Oil and Environment and the Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Dina, received here today the outgoing German ambassador to Bahrain Kai Buckmann.
The Minister praised the efforts made by the envoy throughout his period of work in strengthening relations between the two friendly countries in various fields, wishing him success in his future assignments.
Dr. Bin Dina stressed the Kingdom’s keenness to continue cooperation with the German Embassy in Bahrain in the fields of renewable energy, environment and sustainable development.
Ambassador Bokman expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Minister for the warm reception, praising the Kingdom’s achievements in the areas of sustainable development and environmental protection.
He also praised the Kingdom’s officials’ full cooperation with him during his tenure, which facilitated his tasks, wishing Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
