Oil and Environment Minister highlights Bahrain-Oman cooperation

Manama, October 24 (BNA) The Minister of Oil and Environment, and the Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, Dr. Muhammad bin Mubarak bin Dina, affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s keenness to develop cooperation with the Sultanate of Oman, especially in the environment sector.

He praised the deep-rooted relations, praising the steadily growing joint relations, which are supported by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, King of Oman.

He noted the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and his keenness to strengthen brotherly relations and expand cooperation.

This came during his signing with the Omani Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud Al Busaidi, on a memorandum of understanding between the Bahraini Ministry of Oil and Environment and the Omani Environment Authority on the sidelines of His Majesty Sultan Haitham.
