Jeddah, Jan. 3 (BNA) The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation expressed its strong condemnation of the Houthi militia’s hacking and kidnapping of a civilian ship flying the Emirati flag loaded with equipment from the Saudi field hospital.
The Organization of the Islamic Conference, in a statement published by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), considered this attack a criminal act that impedes the freedom of maritime and commercial navigation guaranteed by international laws and charters, adding that this act impedes sending humanitarian and relief aid to the state. The General Secretariat also called for the immediate release of the ship.
