Job description and summary
• Provide administrative support and assistance to specific routine administrative work streams to internal customer groups within the company, on a virtual basis from a remote location.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
• Financial issues
• Expenses and work schedules
• Coordinate and prepare monthly expense claims and submit bi-monthly schedules to line managers if required and special expenses and schedules as per due dates using the company system
Client
• Travel Reservations
• Organizing travel and accommodation reservations for executives
• Maximizing cost-cutting opportunities through timely and appropriate travel options
• Liaise with the travel approvals team to follow up on approvals
• Organize visa and taxi bookings as required
• Meetings, conference calls, WebexOrganise and logistics coordination for both internal and external meetings (meeting room reservations and refreshments)
• Prepare and send call information to all interested parties
• Organize conference calls as needed and keep a log of calls for accounting purposes
CRM
• Develop good working relationships with executives via phone and email communications

• Develop an understanding of PwC’s standards and formats
• Prepare documents as and when required, i.e. presentations, proposals, and letters
• Ensure that all documents are submitted in a systematic manner
• Assist fellow EAs when required and work collaboratively with team members

Knowledge, skills and abilities
education
• Bachelor degree
Comprehensive experience
• 3+ years experience in a management role
language
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, and Arabic is an advantage

• Experience with a professional services company preferred
