Manama, November 1 (BNA) The Governor of the North, Ali Abdul-Hussein Al-Asfour, received writer Abdul-Karim Ismail, who presented a copy of a new book entitled “Al Khalifa Al Saud – Mutual Visits 1870-1990”.
He praised the author’s efforts in writing the book, which documents the ancient historical relations linking the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Emir of the North stressed the importance of the book, which represents a valuable source for writers and researchers and enriches public and university libraries in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The author expressed his thanks and gratitude to the ruler of the North, highlighting his efforts in compiling images and facts for the book’s content.
