Northern Area Municipality Director-General expresses pride in HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s honouring

Manama, April 26 (BNA) The Director-General of the Northern Region Municipality, Lamia Al-Fadala, expressed her deepest pride in honoring His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, in the Northern Region Municipality. The Prime Minister as one of the best performing government agencies within the National Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul) for the year 2021, for the second year in a row.

Al-Fadala stressed that the award of His Highness the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister is an honor and an incentive to continue providing the best services to citizens and residents, noting that the Northern Region Municipality formed a distinguished work team and developed a clear plan to enhance communication with customers and provide the best services.

She referred to the directives of the Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning, Issam bin Abdullah Khalaf, on the importance of communicating with customers and responding to their various inquiries, praising the continuous follow-up of the Undersecretary for Municipal Affairs Sheikh Mohammed. She pointed out that the National System for Suggestions and Complaints (Tawasul) contributed to increasing positive interaction with citizens and creating opportunities to learn about their observations regarding the various municipal sectors.

The system also contributed to improving the quality of services provided to customers, in accordance with international best practices.
