Manama, Feb. 20 (BNA): The National Institution for Human Rights received today a delegation of US Congress employees.
The head of the National Institution for Human Rights, Ali Ahmed Al-Derazi, briefed the delegation on the way the institution deals with the human rights situation in the Kingdom. He referred to its advisory role in submitting recommendations related to human rights to the competent authorities.
He stressed the importance of these visits in highlighting the Kingdom’s progress in all fields, especially human rights.
