Manama, Feb. 16 (BNA): The President of the National Institution for Human Rights, Ali Ahmed Al-Derazi, met with the Acting Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program in Bahrain, Firas Gharaibeh.
The meeting discussed cooperation in the field of human rights and sustainable development programmes.
Al-Darazi affirmed the NIHR’s keenness to enhance joint training programs with the United Nations.
The Acting Resident praised the efforts of the National Institution for Human Rights in achieving the goals of sustainable development and promoting a culture of human rights in Bahrain.
