Manama, Jan. 17 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,988.32 points, marking an increase of 2.32 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the rise in the Financial Sector and Material Sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 743.05 points, with no change to its previous closing.
Results indicated that 35 equity transactions took place with a volume of 960,483 worth BD 340,541.
Investors traded mainly in the Financial Sector representing 80.11% of the total value of securities traded.
