Bahrain All Share Index marks 2,016.89 points

Manama, Apr. 25 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index closed at 2,016.89 points, marking an increase of 3.76 points above the previous closing.

 

This increase was due to the rise in the financials sector and the materials sector.

 

The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 768.24 points, marking an increase of 6.07 points above the previous closing.

 

Results indicated that 93 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,342,624 worth BD 407,671.

 

Investors traded mainly in the financials sector, representing 61% of the total value of securities traded.
