Manama, Dec. 13 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,923.38 points marking a decrease of 16.35 points below the previous closing.
This decrease was due to the fall in the financial sector and material sector.
Bahrain lslamic Index closed at 733.39 points marking an increase of 0.85 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 55 equity transactions took place with a volume of 848,795 worth BD 386,137.
Results also indicated that three Sukuk transactions took place with a volume of 150,000 worth BD 148,350 representing %27.76 of the total value of securities traded.
Investors traded mainly in the material sector representing %47.50 of the total value of securities traded.
