Manama, Jan. 14 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,983.18 points, marking a decrease of 3.20 points below the previous closing.
This decrease was due to the fall in the financial sector and the industrial sector.
Bahrain lslamic Index closed at 739.88 points, marking a decrease of 1.57 points below the previous closing.
Results indicated that 115 equity transactions took place with a volume of 3,708,497 worth BD 1,265,967.
Investors traded mainly in the material sector, representing 56.48% of the total value of securities traded.
