Manama, Jan. 18 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,991.73 points, marking an increase of 3.41 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the rise in the Financial Sector and Materials Sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 745.31 points, marking an increase of 2.26 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 58 equity transactions took place with a volume of 892,395 worth BD 579,655.
Investors traded mainly in the Materials Sector, representing 77.18% of the total value of securities traded.
