Manama, June 27 (BNA): The Public Rights and Freedoms Committee of the National Institution for Human Rights held its 25th meeting.
Chaired by Dr. Fawzia Saeed Al-Saleh, it was attended by the two members, Dr. Badr Muhammad Adel and Mr. Daniel.
The committee discussed plans to host an international conference on environmental protection in the presence of local and international experts.
The Committee also reviewed the recommendations made by the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women in the fourth report of the Kingdom of Bahrain on CEDAW.
