Manama, Oct. 5 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,950.87 points, marking an increase of 4.56 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the raise in the financial sector, industrial sector and material sector.
Bahrain lslamic Index closed at 737.84 points, marking an increase of 0.80 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 78 equity transactions took place with a volume of 2,265,964 worth BD 566,755.
Investors traded mainly in the financial sector representing 47.92% of the total value of securities traded.
