Manama, July 8 (BNA): The Director General of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Sciences attended the first advanced training course on drug control.
The training, organized by the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Sciences, targeted officers from various directorates of the Ministry of Interior, the Bahrain Defense Force and the National Guard.
The Director General confirmed that the training comes within the framework of the development and modernization strategy set by the Minister of Interior and the follow-up of the Chief of Public Security to enhance the performance of the workforce.
He pointed out that the training highlighted the issues of illegal drugs, new technology in this field, and smuggling methods. The participants thanked the General Directorate, praising the topics and information that were discussed during the session.
The event concluded with the distribution of certificates to the participants.
