Manama, Sept. 7 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,941.88 points, marking a decrease of 0.95 points below the previous closing.
This decrease was due to the drop in the financial sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 733.37 points, marking a decrease of 1.48 points below the previous closing.
Results indicated that 88 equity transactions took place with a volume of 5,416,959 worth BD 2,526,229.
Investors traded mainly in the financial sector representing 90.12% of the total value of securities traded.
