Manama, June 18 (BNA): Minister of Health, Dr. Jalila bint Sayed Jawad Hassan, paid an inspection visit to the Public Health Directorate.
It reviewed the work progress of the directorate and the latest developments of the National Genome Center.
The minister stressed that Bahrain continues to strengthen the foundations of the health sector to be more sustainable and resilient by developing many mechanisms that are compatible with the highest approved medical standards.
She indicated that this approach supports the goals of the comprehensive development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and follow-up by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
During the tour, the minister met the medical and health cadres working in the Public Health Directorate, and praised the efforts and achievements in serving the health sector.
She thanked the Public Health Directorate staff and urged them to continue their good work to improve medical services in Bahrain.
