Manama, Dec. 25 (BNA): Dr. Fouad Mohammed Al Ansari, President of the University of Bahrain (UoB), received Vinod K. Jacob, Ambassador of India to Bahrain.
The president affirmed the historical Bahrain-India relations, noting the importance of boosting cooperation in the science and research fields.
He wished the ambassador success in his duties.
The UoB has established cooperation with a number of Indian universities, including Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU) and Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).
