Manama, July 23 (BNA): The Ministry of Works said that the development works of Al-Fateh Highway required a partial opening of the Dandarbas Passage at the intersection of Al-Fateh Street with Awal and Bani Utbah Streets (intersection of Al-Fateh Grand Mosque).
Two lanes will be provided for southbound traffic towards Mina Salman and one lane for northbound traffic towards Bahrain Bay. There will be two additional lanes of northbound traffic through the existing At-grade signaled intersection.
The ministry announced the closure of Bani Utbah Street towards the south towards Mina Salman via Al-Fateh Highway.
Bani Utbah Street will be closed to the south towards Mina Salman via Al-Fateh Highway, and traffic will have to turn north to use the flyover to change direction to the south and use the tunnel
The closure will be effective from Tuesday for 5 months from tomorrow.
