Bahrain to participate in 15th Arab Sports Games

Algeria, July 4 (BNA): The fifteenth edition of the Arab Sports Games will start here tomorrow and will continue until July 15.


Algeria will host the Arab Championship for the second time in its history after the 2004 edition.


The fifteenth session, which will be held in five cities, namely Algeria, Oran, Constantine, Annaba and Tipaza, will witness 23 Olympic and Paralympic matches.


Bahrain is participating for the ninth time in the Arab sports games after 1976, 1985, 1992, 1997, 1999, 2004, 2007 and 2011.


The Kingdom will compete in eight matches, which are athletics, weightlifting, cycling, table tennis, swimming, sailing, badminton and athletics for people of determination.
