London, July 3 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Prime Minister, met today with the Minister of State for Defense Affairs of the United Kingdom. Rep. Hon. Ben Wallace.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of the official visit of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to the United Kingdom.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad affirmed that His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, strongly supports the strong British-Bahrain relations.
His Royal Highness noted the strength of Bahrain’s relationship with the United Kingdom, which continues to witness widespread growth in the military and defense sectors.
His Highness affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s firm commitment to strengthening cooperation to achieve common goals that benefit both countries and their peoples.
His Royal Highness highlighted the role of the United Kingdom, along with allied countries, in promoting and protecting international security and stability.
During the meeting, regional and global developments and common interests were also discussed.
