Manama, June 14 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Order No. (55) of 2023 appointing officials in the Stalled Real Estate Development Projects Settlement Committee, based on a proposal by the Prime Minister. and after the Council of Ministers’ agreement.
Under the decree, Judge Hossam Muhammad Talaat Muhammad was appointed as head of the Committee for the Settlement of Stalled Real Estate Development Projects, succeeding Judge Salah Ahmed Abbas Al-Qattan.
The decree also stipulated the appointment of Judge Hamad Ahmed Mohammed Al-Suwaidi as a member of the same committee.
The Prime Minister and the Ministers – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of this decree, and it shall come into effect upon its issuance, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
