Washington, July 20 (BNA): The Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund approved today, Wednesday, $43 million in economic aid for the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The IMF said the money would help Congolese political leaders “implement their development policies, maintain macroeconomic stability and promote economic recovery amid rising food inflation, low oil prices and tightening financial conditions,” according to Reuters.
