Washington, July 21 (BNA): Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani met here today with Ambassador Daniel Shapiro, Senior Adviser to the US Department of State for Regional Integration Affairs.
The two sides discussed the long-standing Bahraini-American friendship, which is growing steadily at all levels, in addition to ways to enhance bilateral cooperation to achieve common interests.
They also reviewed areas of joint cooperation to support efforts to establish peace and stability in the Middle East, in addition to adopting initiatives that would promote progress and prosperity for the peoples of the region.
