HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulated by the Minister of Information Affairs

Manama, June 23 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received a cable of congratulations from His Excellency the Minister of Information Affairs, Dr. Ramadan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, after his appointment as Prime Minister. Manama, the “Arab Media Capital” in 2024 during the 53rd regular session of the Council of Arab Information Ministers, which was held recently in Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco.

His Excellency Dr. Al-Nuaimi affirmed that this step added to the large-scale achievements made by the Kingdom in various sectors, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

His Excellency Dr. Al-Nuaimi indicated that choosing Manama as the capital of Arab media for the year 2024 came as a result of the regional and global respect and appreciation enjoyed by the national media, thanks to the support and patronage of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

His Excellency Al-Nuaimi noted his Highness’s commitment to developing the media sector based on long-term visions to consolidate freedom of opinion and expression, which are considered basic pillars of comprehensive development in the Kingdom.

His Excellency Dr. Al-Nuaimi pledged the Ministry’s commitment to achieving the Kingdom’s national goals and its contributions to strengthening the Kingdom’s status and progress under the leadership of His Majesty the King.
