Manama, Nov. 16 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,946.52 points, marking an increase of 1.45 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the rise in the communication service sector.
Bahrain lslamic Index closed at 741.75 points marking an increase of 1.85 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 21 equity transactions took place with a volume of 730,040 worth BD 199,103.
Investors traded mainly in the financial sector representing 68.65% of the total value of securities traded.
