Manama, July 4 (BNA): The Governor of the North, Ali bin Sheikh Abdul Hussein Al-Asfoor, chaired today the weekly meeting of the governorate officials, on the occasion of the conclusion of the work of the third session of the Council.
He confirmed that the Council succeeded in supporting approximately 74% of the initiatives and programmes.
The governor praised the results achieved during the summer activity program by reaching the desired goals related to introducing participants to practical and academic courses that keep pace with the Bahraini labor market, and involving students in medical examinations in cooperation with the Taj Medical Center, the governor also praised. He stressed that, in cooperation with the Al-Taj Medical Center and the Bahrain Academy of Paramedics, work is underway to prepare and qualify a group of doctors and paramedics to provide first aid services in the Ashura season.
