Manama, July 3 (BNA): Minister of Youth Affairs, Rawan bint Najeeb Al-Tawfiqi, received Mr. Carl Kulesa, representative of the United Nations Population Fund to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
The meeting highlighted youth empowerment initiatives in Bahrain, including the Masari project, and discussed cooperation and upcoming youth projects.
The minister praised the efforts of the United Nations Population Fund in the field of development and affirmed its commitment to work with United Nations organizations for youth development and empowerment.
Kulisa noted the importance of the initiatives led by Bahrain to involve young people in achieving the goals of the United Nations, praising the level of cooperation between Bahrain and the United Nations.
