Today, at the King Abdullah International Conference Center in Jeddah, the eighteenth consultative meeting of the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the GCC-Central Asia summit was held under the chairmanship of the Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, with the participation of heads of delegations GCC countries and Central Asian countries.

Dear brother, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chairman of the Summit,
My brother, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister,
Your Majesties, Highnesses and Excellencies,
Distinguished delegates,
Peace, mercy and blessings of God.
At the outset, we extend our sincere congratulations to all of you on the occasion of the new Hijri year, asking the Lord Almighty that it be a year of goodness, peace and blessings for the peoples and countries of the Arab and Islamic world, and upon it. On this occasion, we must congratulate the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the great success achieved by the Hajj season, which was distinguished by its high level of organization in serving the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God, and its keenness to provide all aspects of care and attention. Paying attention to performing Hajj rituals in the best way.
We are also pleased to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to our brother, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for the kind invitation and for hosting this blessed gathering between the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the countries of Central Asia, with its strategic dimensions. Ambitious, so that the relations between these regional blocs are based on a solid foundation of fraternal rapprochement, political understanding, economic integration, knowledge and cultural exchange, security and defense partnerships to maintain the security and stability of their countries.
In view of what has been achieved between our two countries in terms of historical and deep-rooted relations and strong relations of cooperation, and taking into account the areas of development on the path of progress and peace, our meeting today is the culmination of those serious endeavors in order to bridge visions and strengthen the foundations of common vital interests to protect our spiritual values and civilizational gains. Moreover, it is a place for collective and systematic action to spread the culture and practices of peace and tolerance, enrich channels of dialogue between religions and civilizations, ban religious, sectarian and ethnic hate speech, and deter hostile terrorist forces by fighting them. Organizations and funding sources, in order to achieve the goal of building a regional community based on peaceful coexistence and mutual trust, while preserving the sovereignty of states and their right to development in the long term.
We all agree that the key to achieving a sustainable collective renaissance requires us to take more serious and effective measures to advance comprehensive partnerships that enhance human solidarity in the face of crises, strengthen areas of security coordination, and protect and secure freedom of oil navigation. energy supply and world trade, banning weapons of mass destruction.
In this context, we stress the importance of linking the outcomes of our strategic dialogue and political coordination with international policies and United Nations commitments in accordance with the institutional frameworks and mechanisms to achieve the goals of sustainable development in its broad fields, with a focus on trade and investment exchange in sectors such as energy, health, education, sports, tourism, digital transformation, food and environmental security.

Taking into account the collective human and material capabilities of our countries, in addition to their long-term expertise and successful experiences, our consultations establish a strong and ambitious partnership that raises levels of joint cooperation, launches peaceful and diplomatic solutions to end wars and conflicts, stop human suffering, and brings views closer on regional and international developments to work together Towards a more stable and bright future, as well as accelerating efforts to find a just solution to the Palestinian issue, which will remain an urgent priority, in order to reach a lasting and comprehensive peace that we all aspire to, by handing over the right of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with the Arab peace initiative based on a solution two states.
