New York, June 7 (BNA): US stock indices closed largely unchanged on Friday in volatile trading following stronger-than-expected US job data.
Preliminary data indicated that the S&P 500 lost 7.01 points, or 0.13%, closing at 5345.95 points.
The Nasdaq Composite fell by 42.79 points, or 0.25%, to 17130.33 points.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average decreased by 91.88 points, or 0.24%, to 38794.29 points.
