Singapore, Jan. 16 (BNA): Oil prices were mixed on Tuesday, after posting losses the previous session.
Brent crude futures gained 3 cents, or about 0.04%, to $78.15 a barrel at 0647 GMT. The contract had settled 14 cents lower on Monday, Reuters reported.
U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude was down 23 cents, or 0.32%, at $72.45 per barrel after a U.S. public holiday on Monday.
