Washington, Jul. 6 (BNA) OceanGate, the US-based company that operates the tourist submarine that exploded during a dive into the wreck of the Titanic, has suspended all exploration and commercial operations, its website showed Thursday.
The company gave no details beyond a red banner at the top of its website: “Oceangate has ceased all exploration and commercial operations,” reports Reuters.
Its website shows that OceanGate has planned two expeditions to the century-old ruins of the Titanic, located in a remote corner of the North Atlantic, in June 2024.
