Industry Minister opens new Laser Car Services branch

Manama, June 22 (BNA): Minister of Industry and Commerce, Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro, inaugurated the new branch of Laser Car Services in Diyar Al Muharraq.

The minister stressed the importance of private sector initiatives to develop various commercial and service facilities that meet the needs of citizens, praising their continuous efforts in strengthening the national economy and meeting public needs.

The meeting was attended by Aref Hejres, Chairman of the Laser Board of Directors, and Brigadier General Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Wahhab Al Khalifa, Director General of Traffic.

The minister affirmed the ministry’s commitment to continue providing support to the private sector and enhancing local commercial activity by providing it with all required facilities and services.

Fakhro toured the branch and was briefed on its services, the most important of which is the technical inspection service at the General Directorate of Traffic at the Ministry of Interior, which was recently added to the “laser” branches and works to ensure the safety and durability of vehicles and whether they meet the technical requirements.
