Manama, Dec. 19 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,914.19 points, marking a decrease of 0.99 points below the previous closing.
This decrease was due to the fall in the communication service sector, material sector and real estate sector.
Bahrain lslamic Index closed at 729.07 points, marking a decrease of 0.61 points below the previous closing.
Results indicated that 65 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,105,872 worth BD 516,063.
Investors traded mainly in the material sector representing 46.33% of the total value of securities traded.
