Manama, May 27 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index closed at 2,025.31 points, marking an increase of 4.90 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the rise in the financials sector and the materials sector.
The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 802.51 points, marking an increase of 2.94 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 66 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,591,009 worth BD 499,247.
Investors traded mainly in the financials sector, representing 54.57% of the total value of securities traded.
