New jobs to be created at schools to improve educational process

Manama, October 23 (BNA) The Minister of Education, Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi, affirmed that the process of restructuring schools within the framework of the ministry’s restructuring includes creating a number of new jobs to contribute to raising the capabilities of these schools and providing the best services to the administrative and teaching staff.

The minister indicated that this step is in line with the Ministry of Education’s interest in granting schools more powers to serve the educational process, noting that the pilot implementation of the project will take place in four schools, namely Sheikha Mozah bint Hamad. Al-Khalifa Comprehensive School for Girls, Al-Riffa Intermediate School for Boys, Al-Mustaqbal Primary School for Girls, and Uqba Bin Nafeh Primary School for Boys.

Dr. Al-Nuaimi indicated that the new jobs include quality of life specialists, language support and digital empowerment, social and health advisors, academics and professionals among others, noting that the projects aim to improve and develop the quality of the educational process.
