Amazon, one of the e-commerce pioneers in the world, is looking for Account Managers (specializing in Business Development) to join its Seller Services team in Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).

Your role will focus on contributing to new business acquisition through lead generation, phone/email business assessment and business launch support for new sellers – making their wide range of products available to millions of Amazon customers.

You will also be building a relationship with selling partners on an ongoing basis – supporting the seller in launching their business and helping them grow their business on Amazon. In addition to account management, you will be responsible for integrating feedback from sellers into new opportunities to improve Amazon products, services, processes, systems, and tools for all third-party sellers.

Your responsibilities:
1. Identify, anticipate and recruit potential sellers for amazon/souq.com by phone or email
2. Effectively prioritize and lead a group of vendors to consistently achieve/exceed quarterly targets.
3. Become a business partner for new sellers and provide them with data-driven insights and tips to improve their success on Amazon
4. Work closely with new sellers, educating them about Amazon’s high standards for delivery and customer experience
5. Enabling sellers to learn and master Amazon tools and systems so that they become self-sufficient in handling catalog, inventory, and performing efficiently and to required standards
6. Learn and understand the peculiarities of your categories to identify popular brands, trends, seasonal items and prices to better tailor your presentation and advice to sellers.
7. Track and report business development results, analyze data, and interpret reports and information for your vendor group.
8. Optimally prioritize your time to achieve your goals in a results-oriented environment

Basic qualifications
 1 to 3 years of experience in technology consulting and sales.
 Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent presentation skills
 · Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required
 Graduated from Tier 1 University at the highest level
 Passionate about technologies, e-commerce and innovation
 Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
 · Ability to work with a wide range of people at all levels of decision making.
 Experience in solving analytical problems, either in professional expertise (data analysis) or education.
 Experience in functional projects/initiatives

qualifications preferred
 Experience in outbound sales.
 Experience in online/e-commerce or retail business.
 A proven track record of success in account management, product marketing or management consulting roles.
 · At least one year of experience working on a project in an international company
 · At least one year experience in a consulting firm or building a business strategy in the company
 Knowledge of SQL language
